Updated roof, plumbing, pilings, electric, & HVAC. Two large living rooms - one on each floor. Vintage kitchen and secondary bath are complemented by modern baths in the primary suite & the guest suite. Guest suite is attached to main house via covered breezeway - it would make a great guest room, office, or 'mother-in-law suite'. Secondary bedroom could be easily made into 2 large bedrooms. Views in all directions feature sunrise, sunset, seasonal fireworks, boat/barge traffic from afar, & picturesque views of the Causeway. 2 marinas nearby for boaters - wet slips, dry slips & ramps.
